Our new courses will now be running for a total of 12 sessions (2 a week which will be Mondays and Wednesdays – 10am to 12:30pm). We have added some extra topics which we feel will be extremely beneficial to the participants in helping them in their progression towards employment.
We’ve added a session on “mutual support, stability and how to work as a team”. Also “breaking down of personal space” which we find can be really beneficial. There will be a session on “wellbeing at work” and “relationships at work” which if you are just starting out and looking for your first job or even getting back into work, is a great session to be part of. Interview skills and CV writing together with First Aid at Work is on the agenda too.
