With a turnover of over £17 million and a proven track record spanning more than 45 years, Pluss is recognised as one of the leading national disability employment specialists in the UK.

Pluss is responsible for delivering a variety of employability contracts as both a prime contractor and as a sub-prime contractor. This currently includes:

  • Health Works for Cornwall
  • Learning Disability Services
  • Project search
  • Social Prescribing services
  • Positive People and Hopeful Families (BBO)
  • Work Routes Programme (Cornwall)
  • National Careers Service

Geographical reach
Pluss primarily operates across the South West of England, but also has contracts in West Yorkshire and has the ability to deliver programmes across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Health Works for Cornwall Support
For Health Works for Cornwall, Pluss is contracted to support 2,250 people who are out of work, to support them to build confidence, improve wellbeing and move towards and into work.

Anyone who is not currently working who identifies with any mental or physical health condition or disability, who lives in our South East and Coast to Coast delivery areas can get the support they want and need from Pluss.

South East Cornwall: including Liskeard, Looe, Callington, Saltash, Torpoint, the Clays and St Austell. Coast to Coast area: which covers Perranporth, St Agnes, Truro, Falmouth, Redruth, Camborne and The Roseland areas

In addition, Pluss also offer a specialist Health Works for Cornwall service for anyone who self-identifies with a learning difficulty, learning disability or autism across the whole of Cornwall. You will not be required to produce evidence of formal diagnosis to access our specialist team and we may be able to assist if you suspect you may have an LDD or autism need which is not yet diagnosed.
