We’re looking forward to our Engagement Day at The Tide Climbing Centre, Bude this March.  The day has been designed to encourage participants to try something new and for them to step outside their comfort zone, have a bit of fun, meet new friends and enjoy.

Here at Active Plus – Health Works for Cornwall – we think it is important for participants to try something new to give them that little bit of confidence before they start on our course, using the engagement as the first part of their journey with us.  Perhaps some will be anxious about starting our course so by attending this engagement day they will have the opportunity to make some new friendships and have a better understanding of what to expect at their first session with us.  It will also be good for them to meet our instructors too who I’m sure will have a go at one or two of the climbing walls!
