Here at Active Plus we are here to help you overcome your barriers that may be preventing you from getting a job.  As well as helping people from all walks of life obtaining “ready for work” skills we have most recently been delivering our Confidence & Motivation course at Bodmin Keep to people from North Cornwall Academy & Bodmin College with our military veterans sharing their past experiences and showing that these help when they are transferred into everyday life.

We are back at Bodmin Keep (Cornwall’s Army Museum) to kick off a new version of our course on the 21^st February which will now include helping with communication skills, looking at preparing the perfect CV, application of jobs (& job searching), interview skills, wellbeing & relationships at work together & first aid & much more.

This will be of great help to those people looking to get back into the work place and gain just a little bit more confidence.
